Sharjah 24 – Reuters: Paris Saint-Germain secured a decisive 3-1 win over Brest in the French Ligue 1's fourth round.
Ousmane Dembélé was pivotal for PSG, scoring twice and leading the charge. Brest initially took the lead with a penalty goal by Roman Del Castillo, awarded after Nuno Mendes fouled Ludovic Ajorque. However, PSG equalized just before halftime with a header from Dembélé, assisted by Marco Asensio.

In the second half, a goal by Asensio was ruled out for offside, but PSG persisted. Fabian Ruiz scored from the edge of the area in the 73rd minute, followed by Dembélé's second goal shortly after, sealing the win.

Dutch goalkeeper Marco Bizot made several key saves for Brest, but PSG's dominant performance ensured their fourth consecutive victory. PSG now leads the table with 12 points, while Brest remains in 12th place with just three points from one win and three losses.
