Sharjah24 - AFP: France's President Emmanuel Macron on Monday asked Prime Minister Gabriel Attal to remain in his post "for the time being to ensure the stability of the country", the presidency said.
Macron "thanked him for leading the campaigns" of his centrist alliance for the European and parliamentary elections, it added, after Attal submitted his resignation.
