Sharjah24: Arada proudly announces a strategic partnership with Bright Capital Investment, a testament to its commitment to establishing one of Sharjah's finest British private schools in the Masaar community. Reigate Grammar School - Masaar, with a capacity of 2,700 students, will be the first branch of a British school in Sharjah to offer an integrated program from Kindergarten through twelfth grade, in addition to a range of other esteemed educational institutions spread throughout the emirate.
Reigate Grammar School - Masaar is set to welcome its first cohort of students in September 2027. This modern school is part of the expansion plan of the esteemed Reigate educational brand, which has already opened seven new branches in the United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, China, and Vietnam. The establishment of Reigate Grammar School-Masaar in Sharjah is a testament to the brand's commitment to providing high-quality education across the Emirates.

Reigate Grammar School, founded in 1675 near London, is a unique educational institution. It is ranked among the top 20 private schools in terms of academic performance in the United Kingdom in 2023 and has been chosen as “School of the Year” by several British educational bodies. The school is particularly known for its educational curriculum called the “Reigate Way,” which focuses on enhancing leadership aspects, using innovative teaching methods, and following the highest standards and ideals, with an emphasis on comfort and well-being of the students.

Reigate Grammar School - Masaar will be operated by Bright Capital Investments, a growing educational institution based in the UAE that currently has investments in four schools in Dubai. Bright Capital Investment was established in 2010 with the aim of covering the full spectrum of the educational process from pre-school to secondary school. With plans to expand throughout the Middle East and Africa, Bright Capital Investment is set to play a significant role in shaping the future of education in the region. J Square Capital, led by its Managing Director Jimmy John, acted as a broker for Bright Capital Company during this transaction.

Ahmed Al Khashibi, the Group Chief Executive Officer at Arada, expressed, "Reigate Grammar School is highly esteemed in the UK for its outstanding academic accomplishments. Once again, our partnership with Bright Capital Investment reflects Arada's dedication to advancing educational methods and enriching the lives of our community residents. We are eager to collaborate and open this modern facility in Masaar as per our plans."

Esref Temel, Managing Director at Bright Capital Investments, expressed his pride in the partnership with Arada to establish the inaugural branch of a British school in Sharjah. Reigate Grammar School boasts a distinguished academic record spanning over 350 years and has consistently secured a position in the list of top 20 schools for its exceptional educational standards.

He stated, "By collaborating, we aim to offer outstanding academic opportunities for students in the UAE and ensure they receive a high-quality education that meets the highest international standards, enabling them to attain success and excellence. This valuable partnership clearly demonstrates our dedication to investing in innovative projects that enhance the community and contribute to creating a brighter future. The establishment of Reigate Grammar School underlines our commitment to enhancing the educational landscape in Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates as a whole."

Sean Davey, the Managing Director of Reigate Grammar School International Ltd (RGSI) and Head of the RGS Foundation and International Business Development, expressed his excitement about the close partnership between Reigate Grammar School International, Arada, and Bright Capital to establish the first British school branch in Sharjah within the upscale community of Masaar.

He stated, “We consider ourselves extremely fortunate to be establishing a school that adheres to the highest international standards while aligning with our belief that the world is now a global village. Our aim is to ensure that all our students reach their maximum potential and evolve into global citizens with a strong desire to pursue noble aspirations.”

He continued, expressing his anticipation for working closely with the excellent team at Arada to establish an outstanding academic institution. He also mentioned our partnership with Bright Capital to offer a stimulating and exceptional educational experience through Reigate Grammar School in Sharjah. Our students will benefit from being part of our international community at Reigate, which enriches the educational process and provides valuable opportunities for cultural exchange.

The new Reigate Grammar School can be found in the expanding Masaar community, situated amidst nature in the Al Suyoh suburb of Sharjah. It covers an area of 450,000 square feet within the northern part of the project, which consists of 3,000 villas and country houses connected by a green central axis featuring 70,000 trees. The modern school campus will offer various facilities meeting the highest international standards, including a performing arts center, a library, a specialized center for science, technology, engineering and mathematics, as well as different sports facilities and swimming pools. The increasing demand for high-quality private schools in Sharjah is in line with the growing income levels in the emirate and the rising number of expatriates and the Emirati citizens' demand for these educational institutions. Surveys conducted in the Masaar community show that the residents prefer comprehensive schools that follow the British curriculum, offering exceptional facilities.
