Sharjah Ruler reviews Ministry of Education’s plans

Sharjah24: His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, accompanied by Sheikh Sultan bin Ahmed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, reviewed on Thursday morning, the development plans and programs of the Ministry of Education.
His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah received Dr. Ahmed Belhoul Al Falasi, Minister of Education, at the Dr. Sultan Al Qasimi Centre to  review the ministry's key strategies in the development of educational curricula and the enhancement of the quality of teaching and administrative staff  through the implementation of international training programs that focus on educational quality, values, and positive behavior.
Furthermore, His Highness, the Ruler of Sharjah, was briefed on the ministry's detailed explanation of its collaboration with parents in monitoring and supporting students at home, to fulfill the school's role and achieve the best academic and educational outcomes. His Highness was briefed on the latest technologies and various educational methods in the teaching process and the provision of all educational institutions with competent teaching staff  and the provision of competent laboratories and educational facilities to ensure keeping up with the latest educational methods .
His Highness was introduced to the higher education strategy and the framework for classifying higher education institutions, which was recently adopted. This classification program is the latest in the ministry's initiatives at the level of universities, colleges, and educational institutions in the country. It aims to enhance the quality of education, measure the market demand for employing university graduates, assess their scientific research capabilities, and enable families to choose the most suitable and best universities for their children.
