Sharjah 24: In a prominent artistic night, Syrian artist Qusay Khouli and Egyptian artist Ahmed El Sakka, participated in the session “Art and Life... How Cinema Affect People’s Lives?”, as part of the closing activities of the 13th Ramadan Majlis, held at Al Majaz Amphitheatre in Sharjah.

The Ramadan Majlis is organided by Sharjah Press Club (SPC) affiliated with Sharjah Government Media Bureau.
Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24,” Qusay Khouli confirmed that the session focused on the role that drama, cinema and television play in raising people awareness, their impact on the daily life of individuals, and presenting Arab history and civilisation through films and series.
He stressed the importance of presenting an honest and balanced image to the West, reflecting the diversity and cultural richness of the Arab world.
Qusay Khouli referred to art, saying that art is a bridge of communication between cultures, and through cinema everyone can tell their own story, influencing the world’s view.
