Sharjah 24: Dibba Al Hisn Sports and Cultural Club organized, Sunday, a special Ramadan night that brought together an elite group of former and current handball players and coaches, in a forum aiming at promoting handball and bringing back memories of the good times.

The forum was opened by His Excellency Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Al Mutawa, Chairman of the Board of Directors, who thanked the attendees and stressed the importance of the event in enhancing team spirit and strengthening relationships between players and coaches.

Al Mutawa also expressed his support for organising similar fora in the future with the aim of promoting sports in the region.

In the dialogue that took place during the Ramadan Forum, attendees exchanged expertise and experiences in the field of handball, as former and current coaches provided advice and guidance on how to develop the technical and physical performance of players, in addition to discussing the latest developments in the world of the game and the best ways to enhance the level of individual and group performance.

At the conclusion of the forum, Dr. Muhammad Ahmed Al Mutawa honoured coaches Hani Abu Al Huda and Fahd Abu Al Huda, presenting them souvenir photos and a T-shirt bearing the club’s name, as a manifestation of appreciation and thanks for their efforts in developing the game and training new generations.

Al Mutawa concluded by inviting everyone to attend the suhoor party organised in honour of the forum’s guests, stressing the importance of more communication between club members.
