Sharjah 24: Majid Rashid Al Osaimi, Chairman of the Asian Paralympic Committee, who was a guest of honor at the International Conference of Theory and practice in Adapted Physical Education (APE), organised by the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services (SCHS), congratulated the success of the launch of the conference.
He stressed the great benefit and recommendations that the conference will come up with, in which it addresses the most important issues of people with disabilities through the portal to sports and the challenges and opportunities surrounding it. It also informs participants about successful and distinguished experiences and attracting the best and latest practices in the field.
Chairman of the Asian Paralympic Committee extended his thanks and appreciation to Sheikh Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah; Sheikha Jameela bint Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairperson of the Sharjah City for Humanitarian Services; and Mona Abdul Karim, Director General of the City, for their great efforts in supporting people with disabilities.
