Sharjah 24: Abdul Aziz Ahmed Al Shamsi, Director General of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department (SRERD), affirmed that the twelfth annual forum strengthens the partnership between the department and its strategic partners and all collaborators and media professionals to serve the interests of the real estate sector in the emirate.
He added that this forum also comes within the framework of achieving the emirate’s goals in developing the real estate market, in implementation of the directives and visions of our wise leadership aimed at promoting sustainable development, diversifying sources of income, and attracting local, regional and international capital to invest in this vital sector.
Speaking to “Sharjah 24”, Al Shamsi stated that the partnership that brought us together with government and private entities and institutions is the basis of success, achievement and progress that has resulted in strengthening and developing the real estate sector, achieving excellence and leadership and providing quality real estate services to all workers in this sector.
Regarding the Real Estate Excellence Award, Al Shamsi said that the award, organised annually by the department, comes as a continuation of its efforts aimed at spreading the culture of excellence and leadership among institutions and companies operating in the real estate sector in the Emirate of Sharjah, based on the department’s endeavour to support the successful experiences of these entities, and exchange the best real estate practices and creative and innovative initiatives in this field, which is reflected in enhancing positive competition and improving the real estate performance system in the emirate, in general.
Director General of the SRERD congratulated the winners of the Real Estate Excellence, Distinguished Leader, and Distinguished Employee, awards, and extended his deep appreciation to the strategic partners, media professionals, and institutions supporting the department’s activities, events, and various initiatives over the past year.
