Sharjah24: On Saturday at Khorfakkan Amphitheatre, the thrilling Warriors of Arabia obstacle challenge unfolded, orchestrated by the Sharjah Government Media Bureau. It drew in a spirited crowd and over 2000 participants, hailing from various corners of the country.
Hassan Ahmed Al Jasmi, the head of the events at the Sharjah Government Media Bureau shared with "Sharjah 24" that this unique race spanned a picturesque 8 kilometers, weaving through artificial, mountainous, and water obstacles that added an exciting twist.
He went on to mention that the championship was crafted with inclusivity in mind, offering a 600-meter sprint for the little ones and diverse courses for the grown-ups, ranging from 1200 meters to 4 kilometers and 8 kilometers. Each category had its distinct set of challenges, creating an engaging experience.
Al Jasmi expressed that beyond the thrill, the essence of this championship was to foster a love for sports, all while shedding light on the incredible tourist gems nestled in the charming city of Khorfakkan.
