Sharjah24: His Excellency Issa Hilal Al Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, announced the launch and inauguration of the new administrative and financial regulations for sports institutions in the emirate, called "Hakam" . The regulations were prepared in collaboration between the Council and several entities and will unify the procedures and mechanisms of work to ensure enhanced performance efficiency.
His Excellency Issa Hilal Al Hazami, Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council, expressed his delight at the launch of the new administrative and financial regulations for sports institutions in the emirate, called "Hakam" , at the House of Wisdom. The regulations were prepared in collaboration between the Council and several entities and will unify the procedures and mechanisms of work to ensure enhanced performance efficiency. 

The event was attended by Sheikh Saqr bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Sharjah Charity International , Sheikh Majid bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Chairman of the Department of Suburbs Affairs, Sheikh Sultan bin Abdullah bin Salem Al Qasimi, Director of the Statistics and Community Development Department in Sharjah, and a group of senior officials from clubs and the sports sector in the country and the emirate.

The Chairman of the Sharjah Sports Council added that "Hakam"  is a governance system that will enhance the administrative and financial work in the Council, and it was prepared by sons and daughters of the Emirate of Sharjah.

In conclusion, he expressed his gratitude and appreciation to everyone who contributed to and participated in the development of this system and presented it in the appropriate and desired manner.
