Sharjah 24: Butti Al Mazloum, Director of the Sharjah Nabati Poetry Festival and Director of Al Hira Literary Council, announced the launch of the Pioneers Seminar within the 18th Sharjah Nabati Poetry Festival, organised by Sharjah Department of Culture, from February 5 to 11, with the participation of 40 poets, at the Cultural Palace.
Speaking exclusively to Sharjah 24, Butti Al Mazloum confirmed that the festival is characterised by the active participation of 40 poets from different parts of the Arab world, which reflects the strong and growing presence of Nabati poetry in the region. The activities include poetry evenings and discussion sessions that highlight the richness and diversity of literary art.
Butti explained that the events last for 7 days, and are held first at the Cultural Palace in Sharjah, for 5 days, and then they will move to the city of Al Dhaid, and conclude in the city of Kalba. The diversity in event locations contributes to attracting a wider audience and enhances the interaction of local communities with the festival.
Butti Al Mazloum concluded by inviting all poetry and literature fans to participate in this prominent cultural event, to enjoy the rich activities the festival offers that celebrate Nabati poetry and embody the spirit of authentic Arab culture.
