Sharjah24: Sharjah Islamic Bank (SIB) announced the signing of a distinctive partnership agreement with "Noqodi", a payments gateway and leading provider of financial services and a pioneer in financial technology owned by "Emaratech" Group, with the aim of enhancing the financial services and digital and electronic payment benefits provided to the business sector of the SIB's corporate and individual customers.
The agreement was signed at the SIB's headquarters by Hakam Abu Zarour, COO of Sharjah Islamic Bank, and Zahi Kallab, General Manager of Noqodi, in the presence of a group of employees from both parties.

In this context, Hakam Abu Zarour, COO of Sharjah Islamic Bank, said: "We are pleased to welcome Noqodi to our group of partners providing digital financial solutions, in line with our commitment to implementing distinctive initiatives that support the expansion of providing leading and competitive banking services. This contributes to the continuous support to our customers to facilitate their access to innovative digital solutions and simplify their day-to-day commercial operations. We also aim to provide our customers with a wide array of fast and convenient payment options, which allow them to manage and track their payments with efficiency and ease, in collaboration with companies and platforms with high expertise and efficiency in this field."

Hakam clarified that the partnership with the "Noqodi" platform represents a new step that enhances the added value we provide to our customers from retail traders, businessmen, investors, capital owners, and companies. It enables them to access additional digital payment solutions for fees of a large group of services and products through the digital payment gateway provided by the platform. This joins the list of innovative and diverse payment channels and gateways that the SIB allocates for different business sectors inside and outside Sharjah, which contributes to simplifying the specialized procedures and settlement of their accounts, paying their bills and dues in a context of privacy, safety, and protection, and positively reflects the ease of conducting their various commercial operations and activities.
