Sharjah 24: Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh, Director of the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department stated that the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition - “ACRES 2024” supports real estate developers and companies operating in the real estate market in the Emirate of Sharjah.
He told “Sharjah 24” that the Real Estate Registration Department in the Emirate of Sharjah, through its participation in the exhibition activities, provides all services and procedures to real estate developers and investors, as well as documenting and authenticating sales contracts, whether initial or final, and issuing the title deed and delivering it to buyers.
Abdulaziz Rashid Al Saleh pointed out that one of the goals of the ICRES is to support and highlight developers and their projects, as well as motivating buyers by reducing fees on buying and selling, which supports the real estate market in the Emirate of Sharjah.
