Sharjah24: Fatima Al Mughni, a heritage expert and Director General of the Hayyakom Foundation, praised the efforts of Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Ali bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the environmental advisor to the Ajman government, in raising awareness through his initiatives .
The Sharjah Institute for Heritage, Khorfakkan branch, in cooperation with Hayyakom Foundation, on Saturday, organized a lecture entitled “The Spirit of the Nation”, delivered by Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Ali bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, the environmental advisor to the Ajman government, in the old Surq market in Khorfakkan.
The lecture was attended by His Excellency Dr. Rashid Khamis Al Naqbi, Chairman of the Municipal Council of Khorfakkan; Khaled Al Shehhi, Director of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage (SIH) Branch; Fatima Al Mughni, Director General of the Hayyakom Foundation and a number of officials.
Fatima Al Mughni stated to Sharjah24 that the purpose of the lecture was to raise awareness and encourage good morals among different social groups. She also praised the efforts made by Sheikh Abdul Aziz bin Ali bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, and his significant influence through his lectures and well-known community projects.
Al Mughni recognized the eagerness of the Sharjah Institute for Heritage to assist private sector organizations that are interested in heritage and to consistently collaborate with them in order to accomplish the intended integration of conserving and uniting the Emirati legacy.
