Sharjah 24: More than 150 young people, aged from 13 to 18 years, participated in the activities of the Youth Centers Forum, which was organised by Sharjah Youth, affiliated with the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation for Creating Leaders and Innovators, as part of the Youth Winter, which is held under the slogan “Where adventure meets fun.”

The forum focused on employing the energies of young people and investing in their passion for sports and movement activities to achieve a set of goals, most notably developing effective communication skills among members of all eight Sharjah Youth Centers spread across the smiling emirate, enhancing cooperation between them, and developing their abilities for teamwork.

The forum, which is organised by the Sharjah Youth in its first edition, is a unique and exceptional event, added to its series of innovative programmes, which are characterised by diversity, richness and comprehensiveness, in a way that contributes to providing an attractive Emirati environment that stimulates creativity and innovation.

The forum's activities were held in an active and lively competitive atmosphere, as it included a variety of exciting challenges, intelligence games, and mental challenges that were professionally designed to enhance sports competitiveness among participants and contribute to developing their physical and mental skills. Among them were the challenge of reaching the goal, the penalty kick challenge, and the Memory Maze Challenge, the Ball Shooting Challenge, and the Human Pyramid Challenge.

The challenges witnessed great excitement and remarkable interaction from the young participants, as competitions were mixed with team spirit and cooperation among the participants.

Participants in the forum expressed their joy to participate in this event, which gave them the opportunity to develop their skills and gain new experiences in a positive competitive environment, in addition to exchanging experiences and skills among themselves, and empowering them with the skills to overcome challenges and benefit from them as ingredients for success and participate in making a positive change in society.
