During the fair, a memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the government of Anji province. In addition to strengthening trade relations and fostering collaborative initiatives, the MoU aims to encourage, bolster, and facilitate economic cooperation between the business communities of both nations. The MoU was signed by HE Abdullah Sultan Al Owais and Ning Yun.

It supports the organization of follow-up visits and the creation of a commercial network to ease trade opportunities between the two countries. The agreement also includes provisions for sharing commercial information, data, and statistics and for initiating joint research activities.

Furthermore, the memorandum emphasizes the importance of mutual participation in events, exhibitions, and trade conferences. It highlights the value of exchanging experiences, knowledge, and training opportunities, reinforcing the commitment of both sides to deepen their economic and trade ties.
