The event, organised by the Sharjah Chamber and the Sharjah Real Estate Registration Department, will take place from January 17 to 20 at Expo Centre Sharjah.
The Committee issued this invitation while visiting a number of real estate developers. The delegation, including Saeed Ghanim Al Suwaidi, Chairman of the Representative Committee of the Real Estate Sector Business Group, and several Committee members, was appraised on noteworthy developments and business updates within Sharjah’s real estate sector. In addition, they examined the opportunities and challenges currently faced by the sector and discussed proposals for applying best practices that support the work of real estate companies in Sharjah.
Saeed Ghanim Al Suwaidi affirmed the Business Group’s commitment to actively bolster the sector by providing quality representation of a broad segment of actors in the real estate sector from across the Emirate. This is in addition to its positive role as a mediator in shaping appropriate solutions to any challenges that may hamper the growth and flourishing of real estate businesses. Furthermore, the Group has been investigating the level of services offered to these companies by both the SCCI and other relevant economic and government bodies.
Al Suwaidi noted that the visits organised by the Committee have provided a golden opportunity to familiarise real estate developers with the ongoing preparations for the 2024 Acres Real Estate Exhibition and encourage them to boost their participation in this cutting-edge regional event, which offers a key platform for real estate companies and investors to showcase their ventures and products. During the exhibition, participants can also learn about real estate projects in the UAE in general and Sharjah in particular, while developing mutual connections that allow them to exchange expertise, build partnerships, and close deals, in addition to helping them make decisions in the sphere of real estate project implementation.
