Sultan Shattaf: 2,000 Int’l chefs participate in "ExpoCulinaire"

Sharjah24: Sultan Shattaf, Commercial Director of Expo Centre Sharjah, announced that the seventh edition of " ExpoCulinaire ", a specialised event in the culinary arts, will run for three days, supported by the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI).

Global Participation Confirmed

In an interview with "Sharjah24" Shattaf stated that the event will feature over 400 brands and 2,000 culinary experts from across the globe. He highlighted that the exhibition is known as one of the most important events in the food industry in Sharjah and the UAE.

Competitions and Showcases

Shattaf noted that the exhibition features chefs from the Emirates Culinary Guild, offering a distinctive chance for enthusiasts to witness significant international culinary competitions. The 28th edition of the "Emirates Salon Culinaire" competition is set to take place, organised by the Emirates Culinary Guild, showcasing top chefs from both local and international hotels and restaurants.
