Sharjah24: Engineer Suleiman Abdul Rahman Al-Hajri, a member of the board of directors of Sharjah Sports Club, and head of the individual sports at the club welcomed a delegation from the UAE Archery Federation, led by Saeed Musabah Al Kaabi, and its members. They conducted an extensive meeting at the club's headquarters in Al Hazana, where they discussed various topics.
During the meeting, they explored several suggestions aimed at enhancing the sport on a national level and stressed the pivotal role that clubs play in nurturing talented players for the national teams. They also delved into the shared relationship and objectives between the federation and the clubs.
The head of individual sports elaborated on the primary objective of Sharjah Sports Club, which is to supply the national teams with skilled Emirati athletes capable of representing the country with excellence in all competitions. This mutual goal is pursued by Sharjah Sports Club in collaboration with all the individual sports federations in the country.
Dr. Al Kaabi, the president of the Archery and Arrow Federation, expressed his heartfelt appreciation to Sharjah Sports Club, specifically the individual sports management, for their warm reception.
Al Kaabi commended the clubs' efforts in the development and training of athletes, emphasising that the federation complements the work of the clubs. Together, they share a common goal: to produce robust national teams that can compete effectively and raise the UAE flag high.
