Sharjah 24: Hasan Hujairi, Head of the Music Department at the Sharjah Art Foundation (SAF), confirmed the launch of the foundation’s fall music season, at the Flying Saucer Building, in the Dasman area, with a performance by the Scottish artist Inge Thomson, an artist known for her renewal of traditional music, by introducing sound and electronic effects.

He explained, in exclusive statements to “Sharjah 24,” that the selection of Scottish artist Inge Thomson to launch the foundation’s fall music season comes because she is an artist known for her renewal of traditional music, by introducing sound and electronic effects, indicating that the foundation focuses on music around the world and distinctive experiences.
He added that the foundation is always working to attract the best musicians to Sharjah, and to present contemporary and traditional music, in the interest of the public to learn about different cultures.
