Sharjah 24: Ibrahim Juma Sanad, winner of the Sharjah International Award for Cultural Heritage (SIACH) and Honorary Personality of the Year, said that this award means a lot to him, expressing his pride on this occasion.
He highlighted his happiness on winning the award and participating in the 23rd edition at the Sharjah International Narrator Forum (SINF).
He added in special statements to “Sharjah 24,” that the award came after a result of work in the field of folklore that lasted for nearly 40 years, during which he collected folktales, and everything related to children’s popular culture, with the aim of conveying it to future generations.
