Sharjah 24: Dr. Mohamed Hamad Al-Kuwaiti, Head of Cyber Security for the Government of the UAE, underlined the importance of a culture of cybersecurity and that society be the first line of defence to repel any attacks and raise the culture of awareness and the mechanism of its use.
He stated that the digital transformation has affected all sectors, such as education, health, aviation, communication, but the most important thing for such a transformation is that it be safe, and this is our main goal and what was discussed during the main session, which was titled Robot Ethics.
Al-Kuwaiti added, “During the session, we also discussed the main standards, policies, procedures, and legislations, in addition to artificial intelligence and its use in conducting cyberattacks or attacks affecting data and leaking it, and how, in return, artificial intelligence is used to deter, repel, and support the main systems in doing so.”
