Sharjah24: The start of the new season of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup (ADIB Cup) witnessed three records for the first time in the competition, the first of which was scoring the largest number of goals (25) in the history of the opening round, Al Wasl’s win 7-0 over Hatta, and Lima and Diop tie in the number of goals.
Sports analyst Essam Abdullah said that the abundance of goals that accompanied the start of the Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank Cup Championship reflects the level of all teams and confirms that the competition this season will not be easy, whether in the league or cup competition.
