Sharjah24: The Al Hamriyah Municipality has unveiled its continued strategic plan, focusing on creating a suitable work environment and fostering development opportunities for human resources. This endeavour aims to bolster its standing in delivering municipal services in the Al-Hamriya region, while also contributing to the overall excellence of the Sharjah government's service provision.
To complement this role, the municipality has implemented various empowerment programs for its employees and introduced initiatives that enhance the capabilities of their dedicated workforce, which serves as the driving force behind achieving their goals. These efforts are guided by the visionary leadership of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, with the continuous support of His Highness Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Sharjah, and Chairman of the Executive Council.
As part of its community engagement, the municipality recently launched a notable initiative, where employees took part in distributing ice cream and refreshing beverages to all functional staff across various departments and sections. This initiative, aptly named "Our Cool Summer," aimed to foster a sense of camaraderie and joy among the workforce.
His Excellency Mubarak Rashed Al Shamsi, Director of Al Hamriyah Municipality, emphasised the high-level management's commitment to cultivating a work environment that inspires and motivates the human resources through innovative initiatives and endeavours. Their aim is to foster a creative and stimulating work atmosphere, equipped with highly qualified personnel who possess the necessary skills and knowledge to meet the demands of municipal work in the Al Hamriyah region.
