Sharjah24: The Sharjah Age-Friendly City of the Sharjah Social Services Department (SSSD) organised an introductory meeting for Arab cities to learn about the experience of Sharjah as an age-friendly city at the Sharjah Research Technology and Innovation Park.
Asmaa Al Khudari, director of Sharjah Age-Friendly City, stated that several representatives of the World Health Organization and health organizations in the Arab countries and the Gulf Cooperation Council attended the event.
She explained in her statements to "Sharjah 24" that the meeting aims to expand the boundaries for Arab cities to join the global network of age-friendly cities and communities of the World Health Organization.
