Sharjah24: Ahmed Obaid Al Qaseer, CEO of Sharjah Development and Investment Authority (Shurooq) emphasised the importance of Ajwan, a luxurious residential project that promises nature-inspired high-end living on the water’s edge, and includes the first-of-its-kind waterpark in the eastern region, opening a unique window of investment opportunities in Khorfakkan. He stressed that the new luxurious residential project supports the real estate and tourism sectors in the city.
He praised the remarkable development witnessed by the Sharjah Real Estate Exhibition (ACRES 2023) in its new edition. In statements to “Sharjah24”, he affirmed the Authority's keenness to participate in the exhibition held at Expo Center Sharjah, explaining that Shurooq will showcase several important projects during the event.
He continued by saying that the Sustainable City project, which includes 1,200 residential apartments, is one of the notable initiatives the Authority is showcasing at the exhibition and that it will soon begin its final phase.
Al Qaseer also mentioned that the authority is providing tourists with the most recent information on the Maryam Island project, which consists of more than 4,000 housing units.
He further announced the launch of the Authority's first project of its kind on the east coast, the luxury residential project " Ajwan " in Khorfakkan.
