Ali Saif Al Nadas, a member of the SCC, explained that the Facilities Committee of the SCC visited the Municipalities Affairs Department to see the services it provides to the community. Accordingly, the members and government representatives discussed each other in the presence of Dr. Sulaiman Sarhan Al Zaabi, Head of the Department.

Al Nadas added, in statements to "Sharjah 24", that a question was asked about the department's implemented strategies and whether there are criteria for measuring customer satisfaction to create an attractive work environment, in addition to criteria for measuring customer satisfaction to improve the services provided to the public, and finally the question about how municipalities can benefit from palm dates across the country in general, and Sharjah in particular, and the possibility of establishing a factory to benefit from the dates.
