Sharjah 24: The Poetry House at the Department of Culture in Sharjah organised on Tuesday, a poetry evening. The event witnessed the participation of various poets from a number of countries.
This came in the presence of the Director of the Poetry House, Mohammed Abdullah Al Buraiki.
It was presented by the poet Mohammed Al Moayyed Majzoub, who shed light on the cultural role of Sharjah on this regard and the work of the Poetry House in the Department of Culture in Sharjah in terms of reviving the role of poetry.
The poets touched on various topics of human concern and spoke on the homeland, in poetic verses with unique language and innovative creativity.
