Sharjah 24: Tariq Saeed Allay, Director General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau, announced the successful conclusion of the first edition of the Official Spokesperson Programme, with the graduation of 59 spokespersons from Sharjah government institutions.
The Director General of the Sharjah Government Media Bureau extended his thanks and gratitude to Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed bin Sultan Al Qasimi, Crown Prince, Deputy Ruler of Sharjah and Chairman of the Sharjah Executive Council, for his continuous support, and to everyone who contributed to the success of the Spokesperson Programme, and to all the institutions that participated in this programme.

Speaking exclusively to “Sharjah 24”, Allay pointed out that that the outputs of this programme were good wishing the graduates continuity in this field and in communicating with the media, social media platforms and the public, and conveying the civilisational message of the Emirate of Sharjah, which was established by His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah during the past years.

Tariq Saeed Allay added that the outputs of the International Government Communication Forum are always adopted as a basis for developing the media system in the Sharjah Government Media Bureau and in the Government of Sharjah, and among the these outputs was  establishing a specialised course in Official Spokesperson, and today, their role is great and significant in communicating with the media. He added that the IGCF’s recommendations were submitted to the Executive Council, as a result of which the Official Spokesperson Programme was approved.

Allay further saud that the programme included first, second and third levels, and we intensified practical and theoretical training courses, and the results and outputs of the first edition were good, and we hope to see more graduates in the coming editions of the programme.
