SIAA qualifies for government institutions league, 2nd round

Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Government Employees Club, the Al Thiqa Club for the Disabled, and the Sharjah Sports Council are hosting the twenty-fifth annual football tournament for institutions and government departments, in which eleven A-teams are competing to defend the title won by the Sharjah International Airport Authority (SIAA) in the previous edition.

In the third round of the third group, Sharjah International Airport Authority overcame Roads and Transport Authority by a score of 3-2.

Sharjah Airport is now in first place in its group with a score of six, ensuring advancement.

Sharjah Airport's coach, Faisal Abdullah, was delighted with his team's performance and confidence after their second victory. He lauded the Executive Committee of the Sharjah Workers Club for their support in maintaining the team's championship status.
