Sharjah 24: The Dibba Al Hisn Council of the Sharjah Districts and Villages Affairs Department, participated in the Sharjah Heritage Days held in the city of Dibba Al Hisn, with various activities aimed at linking the past with the present.
During the event, Dibba Al Hisn Council organised many recreational, heritage and popular activities, events and programmes, in addition to its participation in a heritage corner that will continue until 18 March, in order to enhance the bonding of families with their cultural heritage.
His Excellency Suleiman bin Jumah Al Yahyai, Chairman of the Dibba Al Hisn Council, affirmed the council’s keenness to participate in this major cultural heritage event, which is one of the important events in the Emirate of Sharjah, organised by the Sharjah Institute for Heritage in cooperation with various institutions.
He pointed out that Sharjah Heritage Days, especially in the city of Dibba Al Hisn, have become a cultural window that sheds light on the authenticity of the past, the nobility of the present, and the bright future of the people of the UAE and their connection to the past.
