SCC’s Committee discusses a number of topics on DSCD’s policy

Sharjah24: The Family Affairs Committee of the Sharjah Consultative Council (SCC), in the presence of a number of members of the Council, the policy of the Department of Statistics and Community Development (DSCD) of the Government of Sharjah, reviewing its various roles and specialisations, in preparation for the Council’s discussion of it during its plenary session.
During the meeting, which was held at the Council's headquarters, a number of topics, queries and proposals were prepared and will be presented to the Department of Statistics and Community Development during the 16th of March, which will be held within the work of the Council for the fourth regular session of the tenth legislative term.

After reviewing the minutes of the last meeting, the Committee’s members approved a number of  proposals that will be discussed during the next session, aiming to enhance the work of the Department of Statistics and Community Development in its continuous roles in developing the statistical system and administrative data in the Emirate of Sharjah.

The meeting was attended by dignitaries and a number of male and female members of the Council.

After At the end of the meeting, the attendees approved the formulation of a number of questions and proposals that will be put forward during the session, which will aim to enhance the work of the Department of Statistics and Community Development (DSCD) in continuing its roles in developing the statistical system and administrative data in the Emirate of Sharjah, contributing in improving and developing the statistical work in the smiling emirate. 

At the end of the meeting, the attendees approved a number of proposals that will be presented during the council’s next session, lauding the Department's efforts to improve the development and planning indicators in accordance with the best practices.
