Sharjah24: Sharjah Private Education Authority (SPEA) organised a participatory brainstorming session entitled "Together Towards Our Goal" as part of reviewing its strategy for the years 2022-2024, in addition to discussing ways to improve the educational sector and areas for its development in general.
During the session, the authority's achievements report for the first strategic session, from 2019 to 2021, was launched in both Arabic and English, which will be available in an online version to the public and the educational community.
The session, which lasted for two days, was attended by Dr. Muhadtha Al Hashemi, Chairman of the Sharjah Private Education Authority, Ali Al Hosani, Director of the Authority, a number of department directors, heads of departments, and an elite of the authority’s employees, in addition to a number of department directors at the Sharjah Education Academy.
The main topicsof the session were based on the formation of 6 main teams, whose members carried out brainstorming sessions to discuss in detail the most important challenges and opportunities available for each goal and axis of the strategy, and put forward ideas and formulate new projects for the next year to align with the strategy and contribute to achieving the strategic indicators efficiently and effectively.
