Sharjah24: The Sharjah Museums Authority (SMA) has announced the opening of registration to participate in the 14th session of its annual programme, "Sharjah Museums Ambassadors", from November 28 to December 12, 2022, with a capacity not exceeding 20 participants.
The students will have a date with pleasure, learning the secrets of the profession of counseling in an interesting way, and learning about the history of the holdings, with the launch of the programme, which targets students from the age of 13-17 years, on the 19th of next December, and it will last for four days at the Sharjah Museum of Islamic Civilization and the Sharjah Aquarium, and Sharjah Archeology Museum from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm.
The Sharjah Museums Ambassadors, one of the most important programmes included in the Authority's annual activities, aims to develop participants' skills, build their advising and dialogue capabilities, prepare them to engage in the study of holdings, and become familiar with the history of pieces and exhibits that abound in Sharjah museums, in order to be qualified at the end of the program to give a complete picture.
The authority set conditions for joining the programme, the most prominent of which is that Arabic is the participant’s mother tongue, in addition to his mastery of the English language, and that he be able to communicate and communicate and have a spirit of teamwork in order to fully benefit from the activities of the programme.
