Sharjah24: Mariam bin Al Sheikh, Director of the Sharjah Business Women Council, announced the beginning of audio sessions with the aim of empowering women and discussing investment prospects and the experiences of women entrepreneurs locally and globally.

she emphasized during her speech to Sharjah 24 , that their purpose in the Sharjah Businesswomen Council is to bring people together through these audio sessions in order to introduce the emirate's goal, whether it be by empowering women or by developing the projects.

Maryam bin Al-Sheikh stated that Sharjah promoted and boosted the status of women, and the emirate is home of the Namaa Foundation, an entire organization dedicated to advancing women's rights. This foundation was founded by His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah's wife,  Sheikha Jawaher bint Muhammad Al Qasimi, and we play a part in the Sharjah Business Women Council to complete these initiatives and advance women's rights not just in the Emirate of Sharjah but also in the United Arab Emirates and the rest of the world.
