Sharjah 24 – AFP: Ukraine's army has recaptured around "2,000 kilometres of territory" in September, President Volodymyr Zelensky announced Saturday, adding that the Russian army was doing the right thing in fleeing the counter-offensive.
Zelensky's statement updated his comments from Thursday, when he said that the army had clawed back 1,000 square kilometres from Russian forces since the beginning of the month.
