Sharjah24: The Sharjah Social Empowerment Foundation (SSEF) has concluded a joint memorandum of understanding with the Sharjah Cooperative Society with the aim of rehabilitating and training orphans professionally, and strengthening the bonds of partnership and cooperation between the two sides to achieve the maximum possible benefit for the Foundation's members.
Under the memorandum, the Sharjah Cooperative will work to ensure the best possible facilities in the field of vocational training for the children of the institution, to provide them with work skills, and to provide distinguished opportunities for job qualification, which will eventually lead them to understand the nature of work and provide them with professional expertise.
The agreement also supports the rehabilitation of children affiliated with the institution and who are about to take on a new experience in their professional career, and provide the opportunity to learn about the work environment and provide university graduates with basic work and life skills that will enable them in the future to obtain distinguished job opportunities and achieve success in their careers.
The training and development programmes offered by the Foundation come as an important link in an important aspect of empowerment that it adopts to raise the quality of life for orphans and achieve sustainable empowerment for them.
