Sharjah 24: Sharjah Police made all efforts to secure the affected roads due to the heavy rain in the city of Khorfakkan, and started safety measures by placing traffic patrols on each affected area to secure the roads and preserve their users.

The Khorfakkan Comprehensive Police Station has started preventive and safety measures for vehicle drivers on the roads leading to the city of Khorfakkan, after the city and the eastern region were affected by heavy rain damage, which led to the closure of some roads.  Police patrols prvented motorists from approaching the affected areas in Shis, An Nahwa and Khorfakkan city, in addition to the Khorfakkan and Sharjah road, in order to preserve their lives and safety.

On the other hand, Sharjah Police officers and personnel closed the places where there are water flows, and removed some rocks from the roads that were the result of rockslides from the mountains, to facilitate the passage of vehicles, as well as cordon off the roads that were damaged due to the strong water current to avoid accidents.
