Sharjah24 : His Excellency Major General Saif Al Zari Al Shamsi, Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, inspected various activities organized for the male and female members of the Police Friends Summer Course in its 35th edition for the year 2022.
The summer course was launched in July, and was organized by the General Command of Sharjah Police, in cooperation with the Academy of Police Sciences, and the Sharjah Self-Defense Sports Club. The summer course aims at benefiting them, and instilling positive values .
During his tour, Major General Al Shamsi met with a number of students in the shooting range at the Academy of Police Sciences, during which he praised the shooting results, noting that it was an honorable and distinguished start towards learning different military skills, and an opportunity to create new talents.
The Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police also witnessed the Padel Tennis match, which was held on the grounds of the Club Stadium.
Al Shamsi listened to the students' opinions and questions, including topics on security work, the responsibilities of the policeman, and his role in maintaining the security and stability of society, urging them to show a spirit of responsibility, discipline, self-reliance and diligence in military and academic training.
Commander-in-Chief of Sharjah Police, expressed his thanks to the public and private institutions that launch the initiative to participate in this course, praising their role in supporting socialization efforts.
