Al Khalidiya Council members visit Sharjah Police Officers Club

Sharjah24: Al Khalidiya Suburb Council affiliated to Sharjah District and Village Affairs Department visited the Sharjah Police Officers Club to meet with a number of Sharjah Police members .
The delegation of the council was received by Colonel Ibrahim Musabih Al-Ajel, Deputy Director General of Police Operations at Sharjah Police, accompanied by Lt. Colonel Ahmed Muhammad Al Marri, Director of the Community Police Department, Lt. Colonel Majid Al-Asim, Director of the Anti-Narcotics Department, Lt. Colonel Jassim Muhammad Al Suwaidi, Head of the Community Police Department, and Lt. Colonel Ahmed bin Rabi`a Deputy Director of the Narcotics Control Department, Captain Hussain Suleiman Al Balushi, Director of Partnerships and Community Communication Branch, and Captain Ahmed Al Hammadi from the Media and Public Relations Department.

The council delegation was headed by His Excellency Khalfan Saeed Al Marri, Chairman of the Khalidiyah District Council, Mohammed Rashid bin Jarash Al Suwaidi, Vice President, Ali Hamad bin Sifan Al Suwaidi, a member of the Council, and Imran Mohammed Al Hammadi, the Council's official.

At the beginning of the meeting, Al-Ajel welcomed the visiting delegation, praising the efforts undertaken by the Khalidiya Suburb Council in strengthening community relations, which reflect the visions of His Highness the Ruler of Sharjah in strengthening family ties, which is reflected on the individual and society to maintain security, safety and stability, and for full cooperation between the suburb and Sharjah police in all fields. 

The meeting dealt with many topics of common interest, especially with regard to mutual security measures in various societal issues, and discussed a number of proposals that were approved and agreed to be implemented.

For his part, Al-Marri clarified that the council is in constant joint cooperation with the Sharjah Police and the concerned departments in serving the suburb and its public facilities.

At the end, Al-Marri received a shield of appreciation for the council’s efforts presented by the General Department of Sharjah Police to the Khalidiyah Suburb Council. He extended his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the Colonel for the reception and Sharjah Police in its various departments for cooperation and coordination with the Khalidiyah Suburb Council to serve members of the community.
