The SMA was keen to provide knowledge to 15,374 thousand students through workshops and educational tours that targeted all country schools, securing the curriculum's objectives and stimulating students' creativity.
The workshops, given by SMA, provided children and families with the opportunity to participate during their visit to the museum. They include using skills to motivate children to link museum antiques with each other, creating excitement and suspense.
As part of its strategies aimed at involving all members of the UAE society, the Authority designed various activities suitable for people with disabilities to develop skills, discover talents, and enhance self-confidence.
The Authority also held its virtual annual summer camp under the title "Your Fun Summer" in cooperation with special education centers, previous academic year, in response to the desire of the centers and their students to have a cultural and entertainment week at the end of the school year in the center, during which 9 educational workshops were organised over three days, 162 children from several different centers participated.
The SMA continues its endeavors to raise children's perceptions and increase their knowledge with a wide range of workshops and educational tours, introducing them to the importance of antiques, in line with Sharjah's strategies in celebrating the 10th anniversary of being selected as "Child-Friendly Emirate".
