Dr. Muhammad Safi Al Mosteghanemi, Secretary-General of the Academy, confirmed the launch of the first sessions of the "Linguistic Council", which will be held monthly during this year, aiming to encourage members of society to read, because it is the reason for refining morals and broadening perceptions.
Dr. Al Mostaghanemi added, in his exclusive statements to "Sharjah24" that the first session of the council is titled "In Reading, There is Another Life", presented by Dr. Laila Al Obaidi, professor of classic literature in the Department of Arabic Language at the University of Sharjah, which she highlighted the art of reading.
