Maryam Al Qaseer, Director of the Department of Social Education, stated that the department’s participation goal is to raise cultural awareness and introduce our services. The elderly members of the “Al Asala Club”, will participate in the activities of Sharjah Heritage Days, presenting traditional educational workshops on wicker making and doll making, presenting traditional games, and a workshop for planting Ghaf, as they signify tolerance in the UAE.
While the “Intaj” center allows its members of “productive families” to participate in the event. Maryam Al Hammadi, director of “Intaj”, stated that the center aims to support productive families in production and market their products.
