Sharjah24: ASAS Real Estate Company, the real estate arm of Sharjah Islamic Bank, in cooperation with the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), announced that exceptional exemptions have been obtained from government fees for a period of 5 years for " Al Qasimia City " industrial commercial lands project, located on Dubai Hatta General Street, near Al Madam area in Sharjah , which includes 1366 plots of land with multiple spaces.
Under the new facilities, investors of all nationalities can benefit from a full exemption of 100% for the first three years, and a partial exemption of 50% for the fourth and fifth years on all fees of Sharjah Municipality, Real Estate Registration Department, Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sharjah Economic Development Department, and Civil Defense.
Al Qasimia Industrial and Commercial City Lands Project provides plots of multi-space plots dedicated to factories, exhibitions, warehouses, offices and workers’ housing, in addition to commercial lands, with the advantage of freehold ownership for all nationalities, at competitive prices starting from 161,000 dirhams for industrial lands and 179,000 dirhams for commercial lands.
