Aref El Rayess' artwork on display at Sharjah Art Museum

Sharjah24: Curator Alya Al Mulla, Sharjah Art Museum, confirmed the inauguration of an exhibit by late Lebanese artist Aref El Rayess that will run from February 26 to August 7 in collaboration with the Sharjah Museums Authority, as well as the Sharjah Art Foundation and Aref El Rayess Foundation.
According to Alia Al Mulla, who has spoken exclusively to "Sharjah 24," this is the first personal exhibition displaying a substantial number of the artist's works at an Arab cultural and artistic institution, and the pieces are exhibited in a chronological manner that reflects his career over 50 years.
More than 200 of the artist's works were on show, including paintings, sculptures, drawings and photographs.
