Sharjah: Artists Ali Jasem, Mustafa Al Abdullah and Mahmoud Al Turki will entertain their fans with an energetic and soulful concert at Al Majaz Amphitheatre in Sharjah, one of the UAE’s leading destinations for live open-air entertainment, during which they will take their audience on a journey to Iraqi nights. The concert is part of new 'Lets Majaz' season, which will kick off on February 5.
Before taking to the stage on the night of February 5, the Iraqi stars expressed their happiness in being in Sharjah and singing at the opening of the new season Let’s Majaz evenings at Al Majaz Amphitheatre, pointing out that Iraq will be present in melody, sound and feeling.
Ali Jassim said: “To sing in Sharjah means to add a lot to your artistic career. Here is literature and art. We are in the hospitable Emirate whose identity is beauty and originality is history. I cannot express my eagerness to meet my audience for the first time here, and sing from here to my family and loved ones, and to my country, Iraq, which deserves happiness and life. "
For his part, Mustafa Al Abdullah said: “There is nothing more beautiful than the love of people, and when I presented my first songs, I did not imagine what love looked like except when I felt it flooding from the hearts of the audience, and here I am preparing to feel this joy in their eyes once again when I meet them in my beloved Sharjah, along with friends and colleagues. I look forward to leaving an unforgettable feedback by the crowd, and for us to live up to their good expectations and love."
Mahmoud Al Turki explained that songs bring people closer, eliminate barriers and differences, shorten the distance and help relieve difficult circumstances. Therefore, he and his friends will present the best of their works to their dear audience. He added, “I take the opportunity to show gratitude to Sharjah and Al Majaz Amphitheatre, and I hope to present works that find their way into the hearts of fans, whom I long to stand before at the opening of the singing evenings that bring together artists from all over the world on the land of Sharjah.”
