Sharjah 24: His Excellency Marwan bin Jassim Al Sarkal, Executive Chairman of Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq), revealed the most important investments of Shurooq in the real estate sector in the Emirate of Sharjah.

His Excellency affirmed that the authority wish to enter into the development of this sector by offering something exceptional, and that is why the authority entered into a strategic partnership with ‘Eagle Hills’.

His Excellency highlighted that this partnership came through three strategic partnerships, most notably the development of Maryam Island, which includes unique buildings, high-end apartments, restaurants and shops.

His Excellency added to “Sharjah 24” that the authority’s goal is to advance the real estate sector in Sharjah, starting the first phase with beautiful apartments, as well as large distinctive investments in a strategic partnership with ‘Diamond Developers’. 

His Excellency pointed out that there is a partnership with an important developer from Kuwait, to provide "The Avenues" in Sharjah on Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Street, with a different shopping experience. In addition the authority will offer various real estate projects in Khorfakkan and Kalba.
