Sharjah 24: The Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) concluded, on Thursday, its participation as a diamond sponsor at 12th World Chambers Congress being held in Dubai from 23rd-25th November. The event is organised by Dubai Chamber with the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and its World Chambers Federation, under the theme ‘Generation Next: Chambers 4.0’.
His Excellency Abdullah Sultan Al Owais, Chairman of Sharjah Chamber Of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), congratulated the UAE and Dubai on the success of this global economic event, which, over three days, constituted an appropriate international platform for exchanging expertise and experiences and reaching converging visions to enhance the role of the private sector on an international scale.
For his part, His Excellency Mohammed Ahmed Amen, Director General of Sharjah Chamber Of Commerce and Industry (SCCI), confirmed that the SCCI has achieved its objectives from this participation, by promoting the distinguished investment climate in the Emirate of Sharjah, as well as enhancing communication between the business sectors in Sharjah and the world.
Heads of chambers of commerce, and a large presence of decision-makers, CEOs, heads of companies, in addition to representatives of the local business community, attended the event as which attracted more than a thousand participants from more than 100 countries, and more than 80 senior spokespersons in 40 dialogue and discussion sessions and workshops.
