Sharjah24: His Excellency Marwan bin Jassim Al Sarkal, Executive Chairman of the Sharjah Investment and Development Authority (Shurooq) has expressed his pleasure with the opening of the first football field at Al Majaz Waterfront, the iconic family and leisure destination, congratulating Shurooq for inaugurating the state-of-the-art football field.
Talking exclusively to “Sharjah 24”, His Excellency Marwan bin Jassim Al Sarkal stressed that the opening of the football field is a new addition to the tourist facility in Sharjah, which witnesses significant development through series of plans and projects. Al Majaz Waterfront seeks to further Shurooq’s mission to continue developing Sharjah’s infrastructure to enhance the emirate’s appeal as a family-friendly destination ideal for leisure, community life, and for people of all age groups and nationalities to pursue varied interests.
He stressed that the newly opened football field, about 60 meters long and 40 wide, will attract several fans of the sport, offering them truly enjoyable experience.
