Sharjah 24: The Cultural and Media Office of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah concluded its activities in the Sharjah Heritage Days (SHD) over a period of 22 days by honouring the winners of the "Digital Photography" competition.

The Cultural and Media Office launched the competition with the start of SHD in its 18th edition, with activities that included more than 20 various programmes targeting more than 500 participants.
 
On this occasion, Her Excellency Salha Obaid Ghabish, Head of the Cultural and Media Office of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah, congratulated the winners and all participants in the competition and praised their creative work.
 
She highlighted the constant support of the Cultural and Media Office through a package of activities and initiatives in order to encourage and stimulate these talents, and refine their skills. She also stressed the importance of investing in talents and employing their capabilities in various fields.
 
In a speech celebrating the winners, Latifa Al Darmaki, Deputy Head of the Cultural and Media Office, praised the efforts of those in charge of organising SHD, headed by the Sharjah Institute for Heritage, which gave the opportunity to all participating institutions and entities to highlight their products and innovations and employ them in the service of society and the UAE heritage in particular, and world heritage in general.
